ETHICS & PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Trust is not a slogan.
It is a control.

Our credibility depends on how we reach conclusions, handle evidence, manage conflicts and speak when the facts are inconvenient.

Responsible assurance, clearly bounded.

WilTrace Technologies Limited is committed to lawful, honest and technically responsible business. This commitment applies to our people, collaborators, specialists, suppliers and digital products, including WEXASphere by WilTrace.

We will not present preliminary information as a final professional conclusion. We distinguish recorded evidence from inference, and we identify when competent-person review or statutory approval remains outstanding.

01

Integrity without compromise

We communicate honestly, do not misrepresent evidence or competence, and refuse bribery, facilitation payments and improper influence.

02

Independent professional judgement

Commercial pressure does not determine technical conclusions. Actual or potential conflicts of interest must be identified, disclosed and managed.

03

Evidence-led work

Findings and recommendations should be proportionate, traceable and clear about assumptions, limitations, uncertainty and information still required.

04

Competence and technical boundaries

Work is assigned and reviewed according to competence. Where specialist approval is required, technology and general advisory support do not replace it.

05

Respect, safety and environmental responsibility

We place the protection of people, communities and the environment ahead of shortcuts, while respecting dignity and lawful workplace rights.

06

Confidentiality and responsible data use

Client and personal information is handled for legitimate purposes, protected from inappropriate access and shared only on an authorised need-to-know basis.

Speak up. We will listen.

Concerns about unethical conduct, conflicts, misuse of information, unsafe practice or the integrity of WilTrace work may be reported directly and in good faith.
