WilTrace Technologies Limited provides technology-enabled HSE, environmental, ESG and operational-assurance services. Contact us at info@wiltrace.com.
Information we may receive
We may receive contact and professional details, enquiry correspondence, service and project records, technical evidence, and limited website or security data needed to operate our services.
HSE enquiries and project workspace
The public HSE enquiry form prepares a message in your browser. WilTrace receives it only when you send it through WhatsApp or email, whose provider terms also apply. The private HSE workspace stores project information, cost worksheets, readiness checks and draft documents when the authorised owner saves them. Access uses WilTrace accounts and server-side administrator restrictions. Avoid entering confidential medical diagnoses; use evidence references and fitness confirmations where appropriate.
Talent Network and personnel portal
With your consent, WilTrace retains your professional profile, CV, credentials, availability and optional remuneration information to assess current and future opportunities across its services. Supabase Auth manages email and password sign-in, verification and account recovery. Essential secure session cookies keep you signed in. Project records and uploaded files are stored separately using our hosting provider. Recruitment review records are restricted to the authorised WilTrace owner; applicants can access their own profile and files. Selected personnel receive separate project assignments and can submit their own activity reports. Recruitment notes, remuneration and other applicants’ files are not shared with project personnel.
You can update or withdraw your application in the application page. Withdrawal stops recruitment consideration and revokes personnel portal access; it does not automatically delete records. Request deletion or raise a data question through info@wiltrace.com. Records connected to appointments, safety evidence or legal obligations may need retention. Do not upload identity documents, confidential medical records or client-sensitive material. Joining the network does not guarantee employment.
Website analytics and cookies
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this website. This may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referral source and interaction events. Analytics remains disabled unless you select “Accept analytics”, and declining does not restrict your use of the website. Google processes analytics information under its own privacy and data-processing terms.
Why we use it
We use information to respond to enquiries, assess and deliver agreed services, maintain professional and security records, measure and improve our website, meet legal obligations and protect legitimate business interests. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and protection
Information is shared only where necessary with authorised personnel, contracted service providers—including Google where analytics consent is provided—competent specialists, or authorities where legally required. We apply proportionate access, confidentiality and security controls.
Retention and your choices
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, contractual records, safety evidence or legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing us. Some records may need to be retained for lawful or professional reasons.

We may update this notice as our services develop. The effective date above identifies the current version.
